Chris Giufre

Acquisition and Finance - Director/Founder

Chris Giufre has experience in all aspects of property acquisition, investment, project management and construction from an extensive background as a carpenter and licensed builder with commercial, residential investment and development over the past 16 years.

Chris is co-founder and currently director of Essence Property Group since 2007 specialising in residential apartments, townhouses, and small scale commercial projects. His role includes strategic planning, finance, acquisitions, construction management and business development. His focus is providing affordable lifestyle properties while generating profitable and secure investments for the company.

Chris also founded the Bambini Early Childhood Development Group in 2006, and is involved in all aspects of the business which include acquisitions, design, construct and supervision of operational management to develop prestigious childcare centres in Queensland. His focus is to manage the company’s continued growth and prosperity by collectively directing affairs and guiding the organisations consistent profitability. Chris is actively implementing a vision targeting the niche sector set to challenge mainstream childcare to sustain a competitive advantage.
